Elase Med Spa is opening in Sarasota! As part of our grand opening event, we are looking for local artists to come and celebrate what beauty means to them by showcasing their work at our event. 

What does beauty mean to you?

We invite you to challenge societal beauty norms and express your unique vision of beauty in our upcoming art show and grand opening event, "Beauty on Your Terms." This campaign is about breaking down the traditional standards of beauty and embracing what makes us all unique. Whether it's through paint, photography, or any other medium, we want to see how you define and celebrate beauty.

About the Campaign:

At Elase med spa, we believe there is no single standard for beauty. We exist to empower everyone to love the way they feel, look, and live in every season of their lives. This art showcase is a platform to highlight diverse perspectives on beauty and to encourage individuals to embrace their authentic selves.

Event details: 

Date: October 10, 2024

Time: 5 - 8 PM 

• Theme: Artwork must explore the theme "Beauty on Your Terms."

• Eligibility: Open to artists of all backgrounds, working in any medium.

• Submission Deadline: October 3rd

• Exhibition Details: Selected works will be featured at our event at Elase Med Spa Sarasota on October 10th. This is not a traditional gallery but we are excited to showcase artists! Artists will be notified of selection by October 4th. 

• Form Requirement: All artists must submit via the official submission form on this page to be considered for the exhibition.

• Mediums Accepted: All traditional art mediums, including digital formats, will be considered. 

• Size Limitation: Artwork larger than 16x20 inches will not be accepted without prior approval from our curator.

• Artwork Presentation: All entries must include a brief statement about the artwork, which will be displayed underneath during the exhibition. All 2D artwork must be framed, with neatly painted edges if applicable, and properly wired with D-rings and thick wire on the drop-off day. 

• Judging Criteria: Judging for this group exhibition will be based on the quality, content, and overall impact of the work.

• Art sales: All profits of your art that night will go directly to you. Artists must be able to manage and accept payments on their own.

• Drop off: If selected, you must drop your art off at our space by October 7.

2. Exposure: Your work will be showcased to a diverse audience, both in-person and online! We typically have 100+ people who attend our grand opening events. 

3. Sell Your Art: All artists will be able to sell their artwork at our event.
